Summary

This high-impact individual contributor role is designed for a seasoned enterprise sales expert with over 10 years of experience selling B2B solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated background in Fintech or HR Tech, specifically within the Earned Wage Access (EWA) space, and is comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CHROs and CFOs. Beyond a strong base salary, this remote-friendly position offers a competitive equity package and a robust benefits suite, including a 401k match and 24 weeks of parental leave. ## About the Role

Demand for Chime Workplace continues to grow rapidly among the nation’s largest employers, and we’re expanding our Strategic Accounts team to support this momentum.

We’re seeking a seasoned enterprise sales leader to drive adoption of Chime Workplace within organizations of 50,000+ employees. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you’ll lead complex, strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 companies—partnering closely with senior decision-makers to integrate financial access and wellness into their workforce strategies.

This role is particularly well suited for enterprise sellers with experience in earned wage access or adjacent financial solutions who understand the nuances of this evolving space and are excited to help shape its next phase of growth. You’ll operate at executive levels, build long-term partnerships, and help deliver meaningful financial progress to millions of employees.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $140,000 and up to $175,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
