This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned enterprise sales executive with deep roots in the NYC/Northeast market. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of management experience scaling high-growth teams within the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors. You should be a "player-coach" who excels at C-suite negotiations, multi-channel sales strategies (direct and partner), and building high-performance cultures from the ground up without relying on the name recognition of a legacy tech giant.
The compensation is highly competitive, offering a base salary up to $265k plus commissions, bonuses, and equity participation. While the role is remote-friendly for those in NY or NJ, it focuses on the strategic NYC Metro territory, offering the flexibility of remote work alongside the prestige of managing a critical geographic market. As a key member of the Northeast leadership team, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping product strategy and scaling the region's revenue.
