## About your role
We’re looking for a high-activity, results-driven Sales Associate who thrives on outbound prospecting and the challenge of building pipeline from the ground up. This role is perfect for someone who loves the hustle of sales - picking up the phone, crafting creative outreach, and driving meaningful conversations with prospective customers.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business through a mix of research, outbound engagement, and event participation. Working closely with our Account Executives, you’ll strategically target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities that lead to real growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong “activity drives results” mentality and a genuine passion for connecting with people. You’ll combine strategy and execution - from researching accounts and leveraging AI-driven tools to representing Juniper Square with professionalism, curiosity, and enthusiasm.

## What you’ll do
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
