## Job Description
As the Sales Curriculum Development Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, governance, and optimization of sales learning content, curricula, and systems. You will ensure learning experiences are relevant, scalable, and with care for Experian's sales priorities, driving measurable impact through content strategy, LMS optimization, and data-driven continuous improvement.
You will be an important architect of the sales learning ecosystem across onboarding, role-based development, and ongoing skills training. Additionally, you will establish scalable standards, processes, and best practices that improve quality, consistency, and reuse.
This role partners with sales leaders, enablement teams, SMEs, and team members to keep programs current and in consideration of evolving needs. You will work remotely and report to the Director of Learning & Development.
What you will do:Content Curation & Learning Experience
- Lead a comprehensive audit and ongoing governance of sales training content, including inventorying assets, assessing quality and relevance, identifying gaps and redundancies, and managing lifecycle updates (refresh, retire, redesign)
- Curate learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, usability, and understanding of sales priorities
- Design engaging, learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities (instructor-led, self-paced, blended, and experiential), applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Curriculum Evolution & Strategic Support- Design and evolve role and skill-based curricula with care for sales expectations, our goals, and identified skill gaps, translating priorities into scalable learning roadmaps
- Partner with sales trainers, enablement leaders, and team members to ensure content reflects changes in products, technology, regulation, customer expectations, and sales strategy
- Pilot and scale learning approaches and modern delivery strategies (blended and practice-based), including using AI and new technologies to improve training quality, efficiency, and scalability
Learn Management System Administration & Optimization
- Manage daily LMS administration, including course setup, learning paths, enrollments, course structure, and learner-facing presentation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Manage LMS governance, data quality, reporting, and system integrity through defined standards, operating procedures, and best practices
- Partner with IT, vendors, and company partners to drive system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution, optimizing the LMS to improve usability, engagement, and agreement on learning strategy
Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze learning data to measure participation, engagement, knowledge transfer, skill progression, and growth, supporting evaluation of overall program effectiveness
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that translate learning metrics into applicable recommendations for team members, informing decisions on content, curriculum, platforms, and resource allocation
- Establish feedback loops, review cadences, and experimentation frameworks to improve across learning programs and better connect training programs to sales outcomes
- Program Management & Partnership
- Manage main learning programs end-to-end, from planning through implementation, measurement, and refinement
- Coordinate with facilitators, SMEs, business leaders, and external partners to ensure execution of learning priorities
- Bring structure, prioritization, and operational thoughtfulness to large-scale programs while serving as a strategic advisor on learning priorities, content strategy, and capability-building investments
## Qualifications
What your background is- 5 - 7+ years of experience in learning and development, sales training, instructional design, curriculum development, enablement, or a related field
- Experience using Cornerstone, or similar Learning Manager System
- Experience designing and managing blended learning programs in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning experience design
- Program management skills, including planning, prioritization, partner coordination, and continuous improvement
- Experience administering or optimizing a learning management system
- Experience translating findings into recommendations and action plans
- Comfort working with new technologies and identifying process improvements
