This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years of experience who excels in a "hunter" capacity. Since this is a mid-level SDR position, the team is looking for someone who has already mastered the basics of outbound prospecting and has a proven track record of hitting quotas. Experience in FinTech or Real Estate/PropTech is a major plus, as you will be pitching to senior executives and property management companies. The compensation is highly competitive for an SDR role, starting between $70k–$85k (location dependent), plus company equity and a 401(k) match. While it is a hybrid role requiring three days in-office, the company offers a relocation assistance program for candidates outside their hub cities. ### About the role
As our sales organization continues to grow and expand, we are looking to bring on another SDR to join our high performing team! This role will be focused on building pipelines for the sales team to help with Flex’s goal to partner with Property Management Companies. One will build pipelines through effectiveness with inbound leads, but predominantly through calling and emailing potential prospects to highlight the values of a Flex partnership.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York, Bay Area or Salt Lake City headquarters. For candidates outside of these locations, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
