This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with 3–4 years of experience in outbound prospecting, specifically targeting enterprise-level accounts. Since this position focuses on the Turkish market, you must be native or fluent in both Turkish and English. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mentality, excels at cold calling and email sequencing, and ideally brings experience from the HR Tech or Fintech sectors.
