It’s a perfect fit for someone who enjoys the early-stage building process, as you will be one of the first hires in a new Chicago office. You should be comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social media, and possess a genuine interest in the no-code and AI-native technology space. The compensation is highly competitive for an SDR role, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,300, which includes base salary and commissions. The role follows a hybrid schedule—requiring three days a week in the Chicago office (Tuesday–Thursday)—balancing team culture with remote flexibility. As one of the first hires in our new Chicago office, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our presence from the ground up, shaping team culture, driving outbound sales opportunities, and directly contributing to our broader revenue goals.
