Summary

This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1–2 years of experience who is fluent in **Czech or Russian**. Since you will be targeting the Central East Europe (CEE) and Baltics markets, you need a background in outbound prospecting and a knack for writing high-converting email sequences. If you have previously worked in Fintech or HR tech, you will have a significant advantage in navigating Deel's platform offerings. Summary

As our SDR, SMB you'll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you'll create to the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.
