This role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a deep background in the life sciences technology sector. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience specifically within the **eClinical software** field and a proven track record of navigating complex B2B sales cycles, from initial RFP responses to final contract negotiations. As a Sales Director, you will bridge the gap between business development and executive governance. While the role involves traditional lead generation, it also emphasizes strategic account management and mentorship of junior associates.
