You should be comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced SaaS environment and have a proven track record of building onboarding and continuous education programs that move the needle on productivity. The compensation is highly competitive, with a ceiling of **$163,500–$192,500** depending on your location. While the role is listed as on-site, it follows a hybrid model requiring **2-3 days per week** in one of Gusto's major hubs (Denver, SF, NYC, etc.).
