While the seniority level is listed as mid-level, the requirements are significant: they are looking for someone with over 12 years of experience who understands the complexities of PEO and licensed business insurance (like Workers’ Comp and Commercial Auto). You should be a master of instructional design who can move quickly from diagnosing skill gaps to delivering high-impact training.

* Have 12+ years of experience in sales leadership or enablement within the HR/PEO or insurance sectors.

* Live near one of the primary hub offices (SF, NYC, Denver, etc.) and are willing to travel up to 20%.
