The ideal candidate isn't just a facilitator; they are a strategic partner capable of conducting deep needs analyses and building comprehensive curricula from scratch.
The compensation for this Denver-based role is competitive, ranging from **$91,915 - $108,000** (please note the description's location-based adjustment), supplemented by a strong Total Rewards philosophy. This is a hybrid position requiring **2–3 days per week in the Denver office**, offering a balance of face-to-face collaboration and deep-focus remote work. You’ll also get to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to support different teams.
