This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who sits at the intersection of web development and business development. You need a solid technical foundation—specifically within the **React** and **Next.js** ecosystems—and the ability to speak "founder." The focus isn't just on closing deals; it’s about nurturing early-stage startups (pre-Series A) and building relationships with VCs and accelerators to ensure Vercel is their platform of choice from day one.
The compensation is highly competitive, offering a total target package of **$180k – $275k** plus equity. The work arrangement is uniquely flexible: it is fully remote if you live far from their hubs, but offers a "hybrid" anchor-day model (Mon/Tue/Fri) for those near SF, NYC, or Austin. You’ll be at the forefront of the **AI-native web**, helping startups implement cutting-edge tools like v0 and the AI SDK.
