This role is ideal for college students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program who are looking for a highly structured, immersive introduction to the real estate services industry. The successful candidate will be local to Syracuse, NY, and ready to commit to a 10-week, full-time, in-office summer program starting June 1, 2026.
This internship offers unique exposure to the full sales cycle, from pipeline management and forecasting to high-level presentations. A standout perk is the company-funded travel to the corporate headquarters in Houston, TX, for program-related activities. You will receive dedicated mentorship from business leaders and hands-on experience building training materials and identifying business improvements in a Top Workplace-certified environment.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Are a current undergraduate student who is proactive and eager to learn systematic sales techniques.
* Can commit to working on-site in Syracuse 5 days a week for the duration of the program.
* Are comfortable with potential travel to Houston and working in a fast-paced environment.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have a creative eye for tools like Canva.
