This role is designed for an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in wholesale production and a desire to transition into a "player-coach" leadership position. The ideal candidate has at least three years of wholesale experience and already possesses a valid State P&C license. You should be someone who enjoys maintaining your own book of business while simultaneously recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team. Based in Charlotte, NC, this position offers a unique blend of strategic operational leadership and direct sales execution.
