This role is designed for an experienced sales leader who still enjoys being "in the trenches." Ideally, you have at least 2 years of management experience and a background as a high-performing AE. You should be comfortable leading a team of 4-8 reps through high-velocity SMB and mid-market SaaS cycles, focusing equally on pipeline generation and closing strategy. As a fully remote position, this offers significant flexibility, but it demands high accountability and "data-savvy" leadership. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales and will have a direct hand in building the commercial sales playbook from the ground up. This isn't a "hands-off" role; you'll be joining live calls, running deal strategy sessions, and coaching reps using tools like Gong and Salesforce. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a proven track record of hitting team revenue targets in a remote SaaS environment. * Are an expert at Salesforce hygiene and using data to identify pipeline gaps before they impact the forecast. * Love coaching reps on discovery and objection handling rather than just managing via a spreadsheet. * Have experience with outbound-heavy sales motions and tools like Apollo or Gong.
