This role is designed for an experienced sales leader who excels in high-growth SaaS environments. You are a strategic mentor with at least 3 years of management experience, specifically within mid-market segments. Ideally, you have a deep understanding of the Benelux and Nordics markets and are comfortable navigating the complexities of international territory management.
The position offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work fully remote within the UK or out of the London office. HubSpot is known for its strong culture and commitment to the "future of work," prioritizing results over "badge swipes." You will lead an Inbound Growth Specialist team, focusing on professional development and executing a consultative sales methodology within an AI-powered platform ecosystem.
