This role is ideal for a mid-level data professional with a "growth mindset" who enjoys the intersection of sales strategy and business intelligence. It is a great match for someone coming from a consulting, investment banking, or sales ops background who can handle large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
As a remote position based in Japan, this role offers significant flexibility while remaining part of a Global Sales Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, giving you a high-level view of how a major SaaS organization scales. A standout feature is the autonomy provided; you are encouraged to design your own models and solve problems with minimal hand-holding.
