This role is ideal for a data-driven operations professional with at least 4 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. You should be an expert in the modern sales tech stack—specifically Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau—with a "builder" mindset. The company is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy (territory mapping, capacity modeling) and day-to-day execution for the AMER sales region. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$185,000 to $220,000**, plus equity. Located in San Francisco, this position offers a hybrid schedule with three "Anchor Days" (Mon/Tue/Thu) in-office, providing a balance of deep-work flexibility and high-bandwidth collaboration. As a senior-level hire, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Sales Strategy & Operations, giving you significant visibility and influence over the company's growth trajectory. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have deep experience managing sales funnels and pipeline cadences for both inbound and outbound motions. * Are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets and feel comfortable using (or learning) SQL and BI tools like Hex. * Enjoy partnering directly with sales leadership to turn complex data into actionable executive presentations. * Thrive in "builder" environments where you create processes from scratch rather than just maintaining them.

In this position, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving data-informed decision-making within the AMER region. This position sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, offering the opportunity to significantly impact Notion's growth trajectory. You'll work closely with sales leadership, the AMER sales ops lead and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and support key strategic initiatives. You will report directly to the Head of Regional Sales Strategy & Operations.
