The ideal candidate has already navigated at least two full annual planning cycles and possesses a deep understanding of GTM metrics like sales productivity, capacity, and pipeline velocity. This is not a project management role; it is a strategic, data-heavy position focused on setting the "North Star" for a global sales organization.
The compensation is highly competitive and adjusted for your location, reaching up to **$188,900** in high-cost areas like the Bay Area.
