<p>As Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Austria, you will drive new customer acquisition and manage the entire sales funnel through to successful deal closure. You will position complex solutions through value-based selling, demonstrating measurable business impact for clients. Join a dynamic international team and operate in a market with prestigious clients and growth potential. You will report to the Commercial Director.</p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Proactively acquire new customers across industries within the Austrian market</li><li>Manage and close opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle</li><li>Apply value-based selling techniques to position complex solutions with clear customer benefits</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns</li><li>Work in partnership with Consulting Services to tailor solutions to client analytics requirement</li></ul>

## Qualifications
<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field</li><li>3 years' experience in B2B SaaS software sales</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li><li>Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)</li><li>Experience in data-related sales</li><li>Structured, success-oriented working style, and team-oriented mindset.</li><li>Fluent in both German and English</li></ul>
