# Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to our Swedish Ultrasound team. Reporting directly to the sales manager in Sweden and in close collaboration with the Nordic/European Segment. This role will plan, coordinate and manage execution of the commercial and clinical strategy across Sweden with main focus on sell, demonstrate and educate within the General Imaging Ultrasound market in Sweden, together with the existing team.

# Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations and presentations.
- Post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives.
- Full responsibility for the sales targets within provided area.
- Drive sales from marketing and funnel creation through the whole sales process.
- Secure delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive public tenders and know about rules and guidelines.
- Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and equipment use.
- Monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education and customer awareness
- Support trade shows and professional conferences
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
- Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
## Qualifications- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong Ultrasound experience from previous roles in similar positions or from healthcare sector. Clinical and Sales.
- Sales skills and strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset.
- A good knowledge of the healthcare sector and its processes
- Experiences in strategy planning and execution.
- Established relationships with key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sweden as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows.
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations).
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers.
- Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred.
- Significant demonstrated clinical scanning skills in specific modality.
- Fluency in local language and English.
