Global Payments Sales Trainers provide comprehensive support and training to our sales channels to help develop and equip them to be productive in their job. The mission of a sales mentor is to grow Global Payments profit through the development of knowledge in the field and developing self-sustaining wealthy sales professionals.
The vast majority of the Sales Trainers time will be allocated to new hire training in a virtual setting over various subjects. A Sales Trainer will train representatives over Global Payments methodologies, technologies and products. This position is unique to the company and it requires someone who is driven by creative freedom and who has an entrepreneurial spirit to "run their own shop" within a larger organization.
