Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a highly experienced Salesforce professional with a deep technical background and a history of working within the federal sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has spent at least a decade in hands-on development and technical leadership. Because this position supports the Department of Energy (DOE), you must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to upgrade to a DOE L clearance.
As a remote-first position, this offers significant flexibility, though the role is "pending contract award," meaning the start date is tied to project funding. You will serve as a high-level consultant and architect, leading technical strategy workshops, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that complex integrations (REST, SOAP, BULK) for Service and Community Clouds meet rigorous government security standards.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with LWC, Apex, and Aura.
* Hold an active Secret Clearance and are ready to support the National Nuclear Security Administration.
* Possess a proven track record of leading technical teams and explaining complex cloud architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
* Are an expert in full life-cycle implementations, including advanced release management and data migration.
