The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has spent at least a decade in hands-on development and technical leadership. Because this position supports the Department of Energy (DOE), you must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and the ability to upgrade to a DOE L clearance. As a remote-first position, this offers significant flexibility, though the role is "pending contract award," meaning the start date is tied to project funding.
