You should be a "builder" who thrives in the early stages of a team and is comfortable managing a high volume of accounts simultaneously. While the title says "Scaled," this is a strategic position requiring a blend of technical product expertise and the ability to design outreach campaigns that drive user adoption. A standout aspect of this position is the compensation structure, which offers an hourly rate (approx. $41–$51/hr) plus a significant variable target, leading to an OTE of up to $132,000. While listed as "Fully Remote," there is a notable requirement for in-person collaboration in San Francisco on Mondays and Thursdays. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping the company’s growth strategy and influence the product roadmap based on your customer insights. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or Outreach to manage hundreds of clients at once. * Are a power user of the product and enjoy teaching others how to optimize complex workflows. * Prefer the "startup" phase of building playbooks and processes over just following an existing manual. * Can commute to the San Francisco office twice a week for "Anchor Days."

2. Help build the foundations of Customer Success at Notion: As an early member of our sales/success team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales assisted motions.
3. Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert: You'll host training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers and dig deep into new use cases of Notion.
4. Meaningfully shape our future product: As you engage with customers, you'll gain insights to help us serve them better — and work with product to inform what we do next.
5. Elevate your skills as we tackle our most impactful challenges: We've achieved more than teams 10x our size in less time — and there's so much more to do and learn.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York, the estimated hourly rate for this role is $40.77 - $50.77 per hour with a $21,200 - $26,400 variable target, calculated to an OTE (On-Target Earnings) range of $106,000 - $132,000 per year.
