We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Scrum Master to join our R&D Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and refining Scrum methodologies across the R&D organization, ensuring our teams stay focused, synchronized, and empowered to deliver.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and evolving Agile practices across a multi-team R&D organization. This role operates at the intersection of process and delivery, going beyond facilitation to continuously improve ways of working and promote predictable, sustainable delivery.

### What You’ll Do:

• Scrum Implementation:Lead the continuous refinement of Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) across multiple cross-functional teams.

• Transparency & Delivery Management:Promote clear and transparent communication of progress, risks, blockers, and delivery forecasts. Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment and effective information flow across stakeholders.

• Dependency Management: Coordinate across Mobile, Backend, FW, QA, and AI teams to manage cross-functional dependencies, ensuring smooth hand-offs and high-frequency release success.

• Roadmap & Quarterly Planning:Support the creation and maintenance of high-level roadmaps aligned with quarterly planning commitments. Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.

• Jira Management:Own and evolve the Jira environment by designing efficient workflows, automations, and reporting capabilities that support scalable R&D operations.

• AI & Automation:Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and optimize team efficiency.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Define, track, and communicate KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to adapt them to a fast-evolving, high-tech environment.

• Adaptability and Resilience: Enjoy the energy of a scaling startup and can operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Communication Skills:Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex information and support alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Leadership:Ability to lead through influence, guiding teams and stakeholders toward alignment, enabling data-driven decisions, and continuously improving practices to support effective delivery.

• Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive improvements for better productivity and efficiency.

• Knowledge in Jira:Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and related tools.

• Tech-Forward Mindset: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and motivated to apply AI and automation to make R&D operate smarter and faster.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or R&D Operationsin a high-tech environment.

• A proactive, resourceful, and can-do mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes in complex environments.

• Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable impact.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

• Jira Administrator (including JQL, automations and dashboards) - advantage.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance operational workflows - advantage.
