Position Purpose:
Supports the Security Culture, Training and Awareness (SCTA) team by turning program data into decision-ready insights for leaders and stakeholders. Defines, builds, and maintains repeatable metrics and KPI reporting (e.g., awareness campaign performance, training completion, phishing simulation results, and policy/learning engagement) through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, standardize metric definitions, and improve data quality and automation. Manages the SCTA SharePoint reporting and content repository to ensure secure access, clear information architecture, version control, and lifecycle management of reporting artifacts and program resources.


Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Adult Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
2+ years Security, risk, compliance, analytics/reporting, or a related field, including owning multiple dashboards/reports used by leaders (from requirements through launch, adoption, and ongoing maintenance) and demonstrating measurable outcomes required.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate tools (including data modeling and measures), Excel, and data preparation.

Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.

Experience establishing KPI definitions/metric glossaries and basic data governance practices (access control, documentation, retention).
 

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
