The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" who excels at managing the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and prospecting to closing deals—and is comfortable using a modern tech stack like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The position offers a hybrid work environment based in a "beautiful" headquarters in the Loop (Chicago), requiring in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. While the base salary isn't specified, the role features an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for high performers.
