This role is designed for a seasoned B2B SaaS sales professional with 3–5 years of experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a disciplined strategist who masters the **MEDDPICC** methodology and excels at navigating complex full-cycle sales. While you’ll have support from a Senior SDR and inbound marketing leads, you should be a hunter comfortable with self-sourcing pipeline and delivering high-impact technical demos. The compensation is highly competitive and transparent, featuring a **$230k OTE ($115k base + $115k variable)**. This is a 100% remote position within the Americas, offering exceptional stability through a "100% coverage" benefits model where the company pays all insurance premiums for you and your family. With over 7,500 customers and a focus on behavioral data, you’ll be selling a product with a strong market fit in the growing marketing automation space. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding high quotas in a Senior AE seat. * Are a "power user" of structured sales frameworks and value-based selling. * Prefer a transparent, human-centric interview process (no trick questions). * **Bonus:** Have prior experience selling Marketing Technology (MarTech) products.
