## What we’re looking for
We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to help scale Stedi’s accounting operations during a period of rapid growth. You will work closely with the Controller and partners across the business to keep our reporting accurate, ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled, and strengthen the close and core accounting processes as we grow.
This isn’t a narrow task-based role – we are looking for someone to own their work end-to-end, to maintain or raise our high bar for documentation and internal controls, and to drive continuous improvements in how the team operates.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting fundamentals with a builder’s mindset. If you care deeply about clean reconciliations, well-supported journal entries, disciplined close processes, and building systems that scale with the business, this role will provide meaningful ownership and impact.
