This role is designed for a high-performing CPA with a strong background in financial services, specifically within **FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) or Broker-Dealer** environments. The ideal candidate has Big 4 roots and a deep understanding of CFTC and NFA regulations. Since this position sits at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto, you need to be comfortable with complex regulatory reporting and "on-chain" accounting logic. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from **$131k–$154k plus equity and bonuses**. While the position is **fully remote**, it requires a commitment to working **EST hours** for filing deadlines and traveling for several annual team offsites.
