This role is designed for a high-performing professional with 2–5 years of experience in rigorous analytical environments like investment banking, management consulting, or private equity. You should be an Excel power user who enjoys translating complex data into executive-level narratives and possesses the organizational discipline to manage high-stakes projects directly for a CEO and Chief of Staff. The position offers significant visibility and a "front-row seat" to the executive decision-making of a high-growth healthcare company. In addition to a base salary of $91k–$134k, there is a performance-based bonus (bringing total cash potential up to $147k), stock options, and comprehensive benefits. ### About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing Sr. Analyst/Associate to join the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This role sits at the center of the company’s decision-making engine.

You will combine structured project management with rigorous KPI and data analysis to keep the organization aligned, accountable, and executing at a high level. You’ll support CEO and Chief of Staff initiatives, build performance reporting, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and help ensure critical priorities move forward with clarity and speed.

This is the ideal role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by the challenge of helping a high-growth company operate with discipline.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $91,000 and $134,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $100,000 and $147,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
