Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Analytics Engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between raw data and clinical impact. You should have a strong background in senior-level data modeling and be comfortable working "full-stack" within a modern data stack. The ideal candidate has mastered SQL and dbt and can translate complex business and clinical questions into reliable data architectures that support a fast-growing health-tech mission. The compensation is highly competitive, with a total cash package (base + bonus) reaching up to $220,000, plus stock options. Based in New York City with a hybrid schedule, this position offers the chance to build foundational data infrastructure for a company tackling the national mental health crisis. You’ll work with high-end tools like Snowflake, Hex, and Tableau to drive high-stakes decision-making. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have advanced SQL skills and significant experience building scalable models in **dbt**. * Are comfortable navigating a **Snowflake** environment and optimizing for both performance and cost. * Enjoy collaborating directly with clinical and product teams to build dashboards and A/B testing frameworks. * Want to apply your technical skills to improve patient outcomes in the behavioral health space.

About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to build and scale the data infrastructure that powers decision-making at Charlie Health. This person will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that our therapists, clinical teams, and business stakeholders have access to high-quality, reliable data. They will work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design scalable data models, optimize data workflows, and drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. This role is foundational to making Charlie Health’s data more accessible, accurate, and impactful—helping us improve outcomes for the teens and young adults we serve. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $160k- 200k per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $176,000 and $220,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
