Summary

This role is ideal for a high-level technical expert who bridges the gap between Data Engineering and Data Science. You should have 4–5+ years of experience (post-Master's or PhD) building large-scale ETL pipelines and maintainable Python/SQL code. The team is looking for a specialist specifically within the **Sales and Marketing domain** who can translate business goals into a robust data foundation for one of the world’s most visited websites. The compensation package is exceptionally strong, ranging from **$190,800 to $267,100**, plus equity and a 401(k) match. Flexibility is a core pillar here; you can work **fully remote** from anywhere in the U.S. or use a local office if you prefer. As a Senior Lead, you’ll have significant influence, acting as a "foundational architect" to define data strategy that will impact the company for years to come. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have extensive experience with **Airflow, Spark**, and massive-scale data modeling. * Are comfortable acting as both a lead developer and a mentor to junior analytics engineers. * Prioritize "data self-service," preferring to build tools like Streamlit or Looker dashboards that empower others. * Deeply understand the nuances of Marketing data, such as advertiser outreach and campaign tracking.
