This role is designed for an experienced AI practitioner (5+ years) with a deep background in Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing. The ideal candidate is a "hands-on leader" who can navigate the full science lifecycle—from cleaning messy multi-channel data (phone transcripts, SMS, CRM) to deploying agentic AI systems that help real estate professionals automate their workflows. The position offers excellent compensation (up to $257k+) and the benefit of being fully remote within the US.
