Position Overview

TheSenior Associate Digital Renewals Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals while supporting customer retention and growth. This role engages directly with customers on renewal discussions, identifies churn risks and expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong time management, customer focus, and the ability to execute renewals with increasing independence using CRM tools and established playbooks.

This model is not about where people sit, it’s about how we win. A primarily office-based inside sales team creates the environment needed to build skills faster, collaborate more effectively, and drive stronger enterprise outcomes, while still respecting flexibility and modern ways of working.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $64,800 and $116,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
