Job Description

Job Summary:

This role combines instructional design expertise with training delivery skills, while also taking on broader responsibilities to consult with subject matter experts, contributing to organizational-wide initiatives, and leading internal L&D projects. The Senior Associate, Learning & Development, will also play a key role in coaching and supporting Learning Specialists, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in learning solutions.
