The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of U.S. regulations (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD) and is comfortable navigating the technical side of HR, specifically using **Workday** to manage leave modules and vendor integrations. You should be data-driven, capable of building dashboards and scrubbing data to improve program efficiency.
