This role is designed for a seasoned Leave of Absence (LOA) expert with at least 8 years of experience managing complex benefits and disability programs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of U.S. regulations (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD) and is comfortable navigating the technical side of HR, specifically using **Workday** to manage leave modules and vendor integrations. You should be data-driven, capable of building dashboards and scrubbing data to improve program efficiency.
The position offers a fully remote, flexible work environment and a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary up to $132,800 plus equity awards.
