Salary: $97,000 – $189,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a seasoned data professional who bridges the gap between technical analytics and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience (or 5+ with an MBA) and a deep understanding of SaaS business models and complex deal mechanics. You should be equally comfortable writing Python and SQL to build data pipelines as you are presenting headcount forecasts and ROI strategies to executive leadership. Located in New York City, this hybrid role offers a broad salary range up to $189k, supplemented by comprehensive benefits like equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and 20 weeks of parental leave. It’s a high-impact position where you aren’t just reporting data; you are architecting the logic for how the Technical Services organization scales and remains profitable during an era of AI-driven transformation. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Are an expert in Tableau and can build "self-serve" dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. * Have extensive experience partnering with FP&A or Sales Operations teams on budget and resource planning. * Want to work on the "post-sales" side of the business, specifically within Technical Support or Services. * Are interested in applying AI/ML models to improve business data products.
Partnering with stakeholders in the Technical Services (post-sales support) team, Analytics team, and other teams around the business, this role will surface key insights to drive business decision making. This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, operational experience driving efficiencies, ability to apply a data-first mindset to strategic initiatives, and who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
