This role is designed for experienced behavioral health professionals with 4–6 years of experience in care management or patient advocacy. While a Bachelor’s degree is required, the ideal candidate often brings a nursing background or clinical licensure to handle complex cases involving psychosocial support, housing, and justice-related resources.
This is a fully remote position that offers a high degree of flexibility, though there is a strong preference for candidates living in Washington State to ensure local community and resource expertise.
