This role is designed for a seasoned technical support professional with at least 4 to 6 years of experience, ideally within the fintech or payments sector. You will serve as a high-level troubleshooter, handling escalated issues regarding Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software. Beyond direct technical resolution, this is a "lead-from-the-front" position where you will coach junior team members and help interpret complex industry regulations.
