This role is designed for a seasoned attorney with at least 5 years of experience, specifically coming from a law firm background focused on technology transactions. The ideal candidate is a proactive "builder" who can juggle high-stakes commercial negotiations with complex product counseling in a high-growth, virtual behavioral health environment. The compensation is highly competitive, with a total cash target (base plus bonus) ranging from $213,000 to $259,000, plus potential stock options. While the role is based in Manhattan, it offers a hybrid schedule requiring four days per week in the office. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $194,000 and $235,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $213,000 and $259,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
