This role is designed for a seasoned compensation expert with at least 7 years of experience who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You are the ideal candidate if you have a deep background in Total Rewards, specifically partnering with GTM (Sales/Marketing) and G&A (Finance/Legal) teams. You should be equally comfortable building complex financial models and advising C-suite leaders on organizational design.
