**Who this is for** This role is for a seasoned compliance professional who will act as the primary compliance partner for product and engineering teams at Zillow Home Loans. As the Compliance Analyst, Product Implementation & Support, you'll be the go-to compliance partner for Product and Engineering at Zillow Home Loans. You'll translate regulatory requirements into real system behavior, help teams launch compliant products with confidence, and use data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to help ZHL scale responsibly — improving how customers experience our mortgage products every day.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $83,200.00 - $132,800.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $79,000.00 - $126,200.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
