Senior Consultant - Clinical at Brown & Brown

This role is designed for a high-level clinical strategist with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and at least 10–15 years of experience in managed care, PBM strategy, or risk-based consulting. You should be a "clinical-financial hybrid" who can speak the language of both pharmacology and ROI, moving comfortably between therapeutic data and executive-level financial modeling. This is a fully remote, senior-level position offering a strong compensation package ($180k–$200k) and a high degree of autonomy. You will act as a lead consultant for major employer clients, influencing high-stakes decisions around specialty drug management and benefit design.
