The perfect candidate has a blend of technical configuration skills and the executive presence required to lead complex, customer-facing software deployments from the ground up. As a "Work Anywhere" role, you’ll enjoy full remote flexibility, though you should live near an airport for travel (typically 25%). The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($80k - $200k), offering significant upside for high-level experts. Because this involves a newer product (Veeva Vault LIMS), you have the rare opportunity to shape a growing product line and influence early-adopter success at a Public Benefit Corporation. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully led 7+ years of end-to-end LIMS implementations (e.g., LabWare, LabVantage, StarLims). * Are comfortable leading technical workshops and translating complex business needs into software prototypes. * Enjoy a mentor role, developing junior team members while managing high-level stakeholder expectations. * Are willing to travel periodically (up to 50% during peak project phases) for key client engagements.

We are bringing to market a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. Join the team that will partner with our customers to implement one of Veeva’s newest products - [Veeva Vault LIMS](https://www.veeva.com/products/vault-lims/).

We are looking for hard-working individuals who are committed to helping our customers adopt the next generation of technology. We will bring new efficiencies to our customers with the most advanced GPM QC-focused LIMS by providing all functionality in a single platform.

This role will allow you to be in the driver's seat of a new product area from the ground up with early adopters.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.

## What You'll Do

• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through the assessment and review of new features

• Manage customer projects by ensuring that we are meeting the scope as outlined by customers, and ensure all escalations are managed to benefit customer success

• Support customers in the adoption of new features through conducting workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions

• Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions

• Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond

• Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems

• Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions

• Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment

• Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation

• Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%

• Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000

• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
