You should have at least 8 years of experience in software implementation or IT operations within GxP-regulated environments. The position demands a "consultative builder" who can translate complex business requirements into technical cloud configurations while mentoring junior team members. The position offers high flexibility as a fully remote role with a "Work Anywhere" policy, though you must be comfortable with up to 50% travel for client sites. Veeva’s Vault Quality helps organizations eliminate silos and accelerates the development and manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients. It is a cloud platform that unifies applications, processes and partners across content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS) and QC lab solutions (LIMS).
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding customer’s current business processes and shaping future state vision, identifying and incorporating global regulatory needs, translating requirements into solution design, and defining global strategies to deploy our cloud-based solution across the enterprise.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. It is customer-facing, with occasional travel requirements up to 50% of the time.
