This role is designed for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) specialist with a deep technical focus on **SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)**. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience building lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications, and managing RBAC. Since this is a senior-level consulting position, you should be comfortable moving between technical configuration and client-facing strategy. The compensation is competitive, ranging from **CAD 130,000 to 150,000**, with the flexibility of a **hybrid work arrangement** across the US and Canada. You’ll join a specialized global cybersecurity team that values automation and AI-driven operations, offering a strong environment for those who want to contribute to an IAM "Center of Excellence" while working on complex Linux-based deployments. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have mastered Java/BeanShell, PowerShell, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) for identity integrations. * Hold a SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification or have equivalent deep-dive implementation experience. * Are comfortable juggling technical delivery with pre-sales support and client documentation. * Reside in the US or Canada and prefer a mix of remote work and office collaboration.

About the Job:
The Senior Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects and programs, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Senior Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint.
