Senior Counsel – Privacy, Compliance & Contracts at Cyderes

This role is designed for an experienced legal professional with a J.D. and 5–10 years of experience specifically at the intersection of IT/SaaS contracting and international privacy law. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building compliance frameworks within high-growth private companies and feels comfortable acting as a subject matter expert for global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). As an in-house generalist, you will have significant influence over the company's "Go-To-Market" strategy by leading negotiations for Master Services Agreements. While the role is listed as hybrid in Kansas City, the company shows flexibility by considering candidates in Houston, Orlando, and Rogers, or even qualified remote applicants.
