Senior Counsel, Product Legal at Coinbase

This role is designed for a seasoned attorney with at least 7 years of experience who thrives in the intersection of cutting-edge technology and complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in tech or fintech (ideally in-house) and can translated deeply technical "off-chain" and "on-chain" concepts into sound legal strategy. You should be comfortable acting as a primary legal owner for product teams and making high-stakes decisions where the law is still evolving. As a fully remote role within the U.S., it offers a high degree of flexibility, balanced by several annual in-person offsites. The compensation package is significant, featuring a base salary between $225k and $265k plus equity and bonuses.
